Position Summary/Position

Under the direction of the Director of Strategy, the Strategy Program Administrator will work with the Strategy Team to serve as the strategy architect collectively by designing an idea into a strategic concept and advocating for the approval and advancement of such strategic initiative. The Strategy Program Administrator will also provide full strategy-related services to the assigned Goal and Strategy Owners, including supporting and facilitating a visioning retreat, presentation, communications, data collection, connecting across strategies, etc. This position will also support the Executives to create the consistent visibility and transparency into the assigned Goals and Strategies to ensure the overall health of the Strategic Plan portfolio. The Strategy Program Administrator will also coach or guide the Strategy and Initiative Owners to develop a tactical plan, and/or help them connect their departments’ works into the Strategic Plan. Major Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)

1. Be an extraordinary example and a champion in living IEHP’s Mission, Vision and Values (MVV) every day, and strongly commit to advance the organization’s strategic plan.
2. Help design an idea into a desirable strategic concept (i.e., Strategy Architect).
3. Advocate with Goal/Strategy/Initiative owners to get approval and advancement for requested strategic initiatives and new strategic concepts.
4. Facilitate and organize assigned Goal/Strategy visioning retreats.
5. Coach or provide guidance to Strategy/Initiative owners in developing their tactical plan.
6. Identify interdependencies across strategies and/or initiatives and alert of opportunities to collaborate with other goal owners for optimal sequencing of deployment of the initiatives.
7. Create transparency and visibility into the health of the Strategic Plan for all goals for the Executives’ intervention (collectively or individually) as needed.
8. Work with all departments to help them understand all strategies and help connect department works to the overall Strategic Plan.
9. Be a go-to resource for all strategy-related needs (e.g., presentation, data collection, communication, connecting across strategies, etc.)
10. Promote the enterprise goals and strategies (the works, the purpose, accomplishments) to the organization to increase awareness and engagement.
11. Ensure the strategy deployment process is consistent throughout the whole program.
12. Support the cross-functional project deployment, including charter development and project cadence and sequencing.
13. Proactively communicates interdependencies and provides oversight for cause-and-effect support within the Goals.
14. Develop and manage program decisions, risk and issue identification/escalation, and resolution.
15. Ensure the deliverables are of exceptionally high quality, are useful to the Executive and Leadership Teams, and ultimately help accelerate achievement of our Vision. Supervisory Responsibilities Leading: Self Experience Qualifications

Five (5) years of direct program management or combined years of project and program experience with progressive responsibilities in healthcare industry. Five (5) years of deployment and management the health of strategic initiatives portfolio. Five (5) years of solid experience in working with the Senior Management, Management, and Team Members at an organization. Preferred Experience

Experience with Lean methodologies, principles, and processes desired. Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required. Preferred Education

Master's degree from an accredited institution preferred. Professional Certification

Project Management Professional (PMP®) preferred. Drivers License Required Yes, must have a valid California Driver's License. Knowledge Requirement

Understanding of project and program management principles and best practices. Understanding of and sensitivity to a multi-cultural environment and community. Skills Requirement

Strong program management skills to oversee the deployment of the Strategy Goals. Excellent communication skills through the use of ethical decision-making processes and good judgment. Strong skills in guiding and motivating a diverse work group to achieve the common goal(s). Skilled in developing new relationship opportunities with cross department leaders to advance the strategic goals. Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communications skills. Abilities Requirement

A reasonable salary expectation is between $103,708.80 - $132,225.60 , based upon experience and internal equity.
