As the full-time Store Team Leader, you are the CEO of your store!

You are entrepreneurial-minded and see your store as your own and you take pride in maximizing the daily operations of your store and your team. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching, recruiting, and training. You thrive at making the tough, strategic decisions that drive your business and you consistently strive for excellence.

Your store is always living and promoting the Once Upon a Child mission and standards.

This full time, salary position, averages 45 hours per week.

  • You are passionate about results and goal oriented: You're an expert at driving sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building guest loyalty through top notch guest service. You are entrepreneurial-minded and you create and manage store goals and staffing to meet and exceed set goals.
  • You are innovative: You take ownership of the your store's controleable goals, you closely watch daily sales and buy trends to make real-time, innovative business decisions in order to achieve store sales and buy goals.

You take pride in developing store leadership through leadership development training, performance feedback, individual development plans and continuous coaching. You believe that your people are your best asset and you see their success as your success.
  • You train and promote the Once Upon a Child standards: You ensure that the team knows and follows all current safety recalls, understands safety as the top priority and can spot a hot item a mile away. You promote customer service, speed, efficiency, and best in the industry buying and selling. Your team goes above and beyond to serve your guests.
  • You are a scheduling pro: You know that maximizing your business requires a well thought-out schedule! By evaluating traffic, team calendars and maintaining up to date availability, you're able to make scheduling adjustments to meet business needs.
  • Integrity is what you are known for: You demonstrate integrity in all areas of the business operations and you do the right thing for your team, the guests, and the store- always.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
