As a Precast Erection Welder, you play an integral role in creating quality apartments for our residents to call home. You will work with our team in new construction, creating key components for building apartments from the ground up.

Responsabilities:

• Machine operation
• Pressing pieces of sheet metal
• Stick welding
• Blueprint reading
• Assembling steel stud walls

Requirements

• Experience in stick welding, metal fabrication
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Experience with 2G, 3G or 4G stick welding
• Precast experience is a plus
• Stick welding certification required
