A Day In The Life
- Partner with clients to determine recruiting/staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles.
- Review responses on job ads and setup interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate any onsite recruiting events or open houses
- Effectively recruit via phone, text, email, social media and in-person with our teammates.
- Manage all applications through our technology partners
- Assist with the pre-employment process of new hires including background checks, physicals, drug screens, and communication of new hire orientation details.
