Job Summary
Serves as the first point of contact for customers at Staffing Agency; helping with needs of the customers; provides answers to questions asked by customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Enter candidates applications;
Generate lead spreadsheet from applications, resumes, etc;
Fill orders using database and spreadsheets with available candidates;
Handles phone calls, walk ins and scheduled interviews;
Emails all clients with call offs and attendance tracker;
Contacts all applicants from social media and other platforms;
Conduct interviews (and updating clients on the hiring status of candidates)
Administer drug screens;
Request E-Verify and background checks if needed;
Make sure all information in the database is correct. (Notes, status changes, direct deposits, attachments, etc.)
Maintain spreadsheet or tracking system with new and rehires along with any deductions for payroll;
Follow-up with new starts for feedback;
Complete Injury reports if needed;
On-call after hours and weekends (24/7)
Providing recruitment and client reports to team managers;
Coordinate with On-Site personnel;
Promoting the Company's and client's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity; and
Maintain a positive attitude and perform all responsibilities in a professional manner.
Experience:
1 Year Administrative Experience.
