Here at Sequim Health & Rehabilitation Center, we currently have an opening for a FT Staffing Coordinators with active NAC to join our team! We offer a COMPETITIVE WAGE AND BENEFITS package DOE.
Responsibilities
Responsible for creating monthly and daily schedules for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Licensed Nurses (LN) based on budgeted PPD. Manages daily schedules to ensure that needs are met and labor is at a minimum of budgeted threshold. Identifies staffing needs and reports accurate number of open CNA and LN positions to the Director of Nursing (DON).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active WA NAC license without enforcement action
- Previous experience working in a LTC setting PREFERRED
- Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening with no disqualifying events
