Now Hiring: Staffing Coordinator
Responsibilities Staffing Coordinator:
- Create daily staffing schedule for GNA’s/LPN’s/RN’s.
- Maintain labor spend to minimize overtime and agency usage through effective scheduling strategies.
- Ensure nursing hours/patient day are at appropriate budgeted levels.
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Qualifications Staffing Coordinator:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Positive and energetic individual with creativity
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Computer knowledge.
- Previous long term care experience is preferred.
