Description:Plan and execute of reliability, maintainability, and testability activities for Special Programs. Reliability tasks including predictions/allocations, and FMECAs. Maintainability tasks include developing Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), field maintenance concepts and maintenance demonstrations. Actively participate in program reviews, design influence activities, and test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability. The successful candidate should be an agile thinker and executor able to move from a strategic level to the implementation level in interactions with multiple audiences and groups.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Basic Qualifications:
- Has a Secret Clearance
- Experience with the principles and requirements of design development, integration and test efforts
- Experience with performing reliability predictions, using Relex or similar tools
- Experience with the FMECA process including a general understanding of circuit design and schematics
- Experience with developing and maintaining LORA, Maintenance Task Analysis and Built In Test (BIT) requirements development
- Provide design influence for reliability, maintainability and BIT
- Possess strong Computer Skills and Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of software products
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with developing and delivering presentations to peers as well as management
- Previous experience with reliability and maintainability activities for military products
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Has demonstrated being a task lead on projects
- Secret clearance with current 6 year background check
- Strong electrical background with a good mechanical understanding
- Practical hands on experience with hardware test and troubleshooting
- Experience with FRB and FRACAS processes
- Experience with planning and executing maintenance demonstration activities
