Job Description:
Responsible for supervising and performing all pharmacy operations in accordance with accredited hospital policies and procedures, ethical and professional practices, JCAHO standards and State and Federal requirements. Also responsible for precepting pharmacy practice residents.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:
- Pharm.D. with an ASHP-accredited Residency with one year of experience within the area precepted preferred or a Pharm.D. with three years of experience within the area precepted
