We are seeking a Staff Accountant - Hybrid Remote (home/offoce) as part of the Disbursements Accounting Team this role will afford you the opportunity of being a business partner to Treasury, Human Resources, Payroll, Tax, Real Estate and Operations.
Your Impact:
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly close processes including preparation of journal entries.
  • Involved in all aspects of the External and Internal audit activities.
  • Perform analysis as well as assist in reviewing or enhancing analytical processes and controls.
  • Support financial due diligence and financial integration of acquisitions.
  • Partner closely with various departments within the organization to help review, analyze and implement standards that directly impact the expense reporting system.
  • Ensure Balance Sheet accounts are properly calculated, supported, and reconciled.
  • Complete other accounting duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
  • CPA preferred.
  • 2+ years of general ledger accounting experience with increasing levels of responsibilities preferably with a large, public company
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP
  • Intermediate-level experience using Excel, including the ability to work with complex tables and V-look-ups
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Ability to work within time constraints.

Pay range of $60,000 to $75,000 + annual bonus: up to 5% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
