Position: Staff Accountant

Location: Remote

Schedule: Full Time Monday to Friday

• Some evenings/weekends will be required if needed to support a project or deadline

Compensation: $50,000-70,000 Annual Salary (Dependent on Candidate Experience)

Position Overview:

• Preparation and review of financial documents, reports, and statements
• Oversees all accounting procedures (e.g. tax returns, month-end closures, balance sheets, budgeting) .
• Responsible for preparing and writing any special reports from the general ledger system

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 1-2 years in an accounting or finance role; preference for healthcare industry experience; experienced with Sage Intacct or other ERPs
• Intermediate proficiency in computer software applications (i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel) and database applications required
• Healthcare and or/behavioral health care highly preferred
• Private Equity experience preferred
