Work You'll Do
  • Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes
  • Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results
  • Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their capacity and needs to ensure continued success and effective usage of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor
  • Engage in proactive suggestions for optimization and apply creative thinking to solving problems
  • Engage with Deloitte's Human Capital as a Service offerings and understand our key messages to bring additional value to clients
  • Lead teams to design and define the scope resulting in efficient and effective pricing and resource planning
  • Share your knowledge of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor as you lead your team through the sales and solutioning process to formulate the best plan to drive client goals forward post implementation

The team

The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice - the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.

Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in 2-3 Full Life Cycle implementation of the Oracle Cloud Time and Labor from planning to configuration through go-live
  • 6+ years of strong functional knowledge of the system
  • 6+ years of experience leading project teams, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations
  • 6+ years of experience managing project financials, including monitoring for project issues and taking appropriate action to ensure an exceptional project completion for the client
  • 6+ years of experience mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, to continue to grow and develop your colleagues within the practice
  • Must live a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Kansas City, MO; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Miami, FL; Minneapolis, MN; Nashville, TN; Philadelphia, PA; Phoenix, AZ; Pittsburgh, PA;.   • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:
  • Oracle Cloud Time and Labor Certification
  • Experience with State/Federal implementations
