Join our team of creative IT professionals within our BI and Data Warehouse team where you can truly focus on the delivery of meaningful data reporting, security, and governance. You will have the opportunity to lead key projects while working with a great team providing Data security, retention, and governance across our IT platform. Produce secured, documented, high-quality applications software in support of the Client’s various business needs, Data Warehouse ETL, reporting, and data analytics, using available technologies. This role will configure applications to meet NAIC model security regulations for data retention and anonymization, as well as BI & Data Warehouse future migration to data lakes/lakehouse. Working in an Agile development environment, you will enjoy collaborating with our business & technical leaders using your business intelligence, data warehouse, and system development skills.

A commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and delivering a quality product is essential. As part of our collaborative culture, the selected individual will provide on-call support on a rotational basis to applications as necessary. This position may be located in Tampa, FL, Lake Mary, FL, Lawrenceville, GA, Carmel, IN, Richardson, TX, Ridgeland MS, or Glen Allen, VA. Working from one of these locations, the Client offers a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Experience Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; NOTE - Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education

Minimum four years of working knowledge of BI, Data Warehouse ETL processes, and Data Governance concepts

Prefer at least two years working with business intelligence tools as a lead (or leading) development teams for both projects and support

Solid working knowledge of Data Governance (including data retention and anonymization)

Two or more years with the programming language including one year of hands-on design and development of enterprise-type applications; competent with office systems such as word processing and electronic mail

Experience working in an Agile environment

Advanced understanding of tools that work with current operating systems, databases, & programming languages

Advanced understanding of testing and documentation skills

Solid working knowledge of business design and analysis

Solid working knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts

Solid working knowledge of SOA concepts

Preferred

Two or more years of experience with data retention and discovery tools such as Solix

Working knowledge of Java and Spark.

Salary: $98,595.90 - $110,000.00 per year
