Title: (Senior) Account Manager

Working place: Home Office

Position objectives: Sales development of the Northeastern. You plan, manage and develop Silesia’s market presence and sales growth in the Northeastern area, in line with the company’s national sales expansion, in addition to our current sales force. While the territory has a strong ongoing project pipeline, a significant part of your activity will be dedicated to the acquisition of new customers. The position requires a strong commitment and offers an attractive compensation package in return.

Essential Functions

· Designing and implementing Silesia’s sales strategy in the Northeast together with Sales Management

· Planning and Preparing Silesia’s annual sales budget for the Northeast

· Preparation and implementation of annual account plans in collaboration with other departments

· Growth focused business development; searching and identifying new strategic prospects

· Developing Silesia’s market visibility, planning of communication strategy together with marketing department and targeted presence at events and shows

· You have a good analytical background combined with a hands-on practical approach

· You can easily sense market trends and identify growth opportunities

· You are a flexible solutions seeker by nature and can trouble shoot red flags efficiently

Education and professional experience:

· Preferably food science or business, with strong sales background

· Minimum 5 years professional experience with flavors or ingredients

· Familiar with professional B to B sales

· Good existing network

· Proficient understanding and use of MS Office tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $153,000.00 per year
