The Pierpont Racquet Club just celebrated 45 successful years as an independently owned multi-use Club in Ventura, CA. We are looking for someone to help ensure that the next 45 years will be just as great as the first 45. The Club is located in a beachside paradise just steps from the surf & sand. We take pride in treating our members as well as our employees as family and consistently strive to meet and exceed our member's expectations.
Preferred Qualifications :
3-5 years experience in oversight of daily operations of a mid-size multi-use club.
Operational experience in multiple profit centers including but not limited to: facility maintenance and housekeeping, tennis, aquatics, child care, youth programs, fitness, social events, food service, community outreach, and membership sales & marketing.
Excellent leadership skills and successful experiences in budgeting and finance.
Knowledge and experience in Human Resources, Industry Standards & Procedures and Employment Law.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
