Speech Therapist RPE/CF Job at Integrated Therapy Solutions
Integrated Therapy Solutions (ITS) is an interdisciplinary team that provides Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, DIR, Early Intervention, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Physical Therapy. ABOUT THE SPEECH THERAPIST RPE/CF ROLE:
- You will have a direct impact on the lives of children and their families by collaborating with other professionals on customized therapies for our patients.
- Show up ready to learn with a relentless drive to serve, and you’ll never go wrong!
- Full-time hours (40 hours per week) in-office with flexible operating hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or by appointment only on Saturdays.
- Coordinating schedules with the front desk for maximum utilization of the therapist’s time.
- Evaluating new patients.
- Treating existing patients following the treatment plan prescribed.
- Conducting Quality Assurance Checks on patients to ensure full satisfaction.
- Discharging patients when treatment is fully complete.
- Keeping chart notes and administration up-to-date with all relevant data included (per company guidelines).
- Responsible for getting all necessary paperwork to your Supervisor following licensing Board and ASHA requirements.
- Participating in staff meetings and team meetings.
- Keeping records of all the above functions in a way that there is a record of all production.
- Referral Source Visits with a frequency of once every two weeks or less.

What the job requires:
- SLP license by the state.
- Pass a background check.
- Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.
- Must be willing to work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a “whole child” approach to all therapies offered.
