Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Huntington, NY!
Advance Rehab Care is currently seeking a licensed SLP to join our Bennington Facility.
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with an active license - Looking for Full Time, Part Time, or PRN - W2 or 1099
Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Speech-Language Pathologist
- To provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, by established standards of practice, therapy department procedures, and productivity standards
- To evaluate and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation
- To develop a treatment plan that includes a target list and short-term and long-term goals.
- Instructs patients, family, and staff in appropriate speech-language procedures to allow carry over of therapeutic remediation and goals in daily activities
Physical Therapist Job Requirements:
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- Current and Valid NY state license
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Completed Certificate of Clinical Competence Preferred
- Current CPR certification
We Use Rehab Optima and Point Click Care - experience is a plus.
