We are seeking someone to join our Consumer Care team in St. Louis as a Specialist, Workforce Management. In this role, you will provide efficient and accurate administration of hourly associates for payroll and attendance. You will also develop Workforce training materials and effective presentation for new hire training. Our Consumer Care team is highly collaborative, and you will interact with various levels of management and associates to assure staffing schedule provides a strategic balance of available resources between skilled teams to achieve service level goals at lowest cost.

Responsibilities:
As a Specialist, Workforce Management, you will:
  • Create, maintain, and deliver call center reports for payroll/attendance
  • Provide new hire attendance, time off, payroll, and adherence policy training
  • Communicate attendance issues on daily basis to management
  • Partner with Operations Analyst on summary reports and creation of new reports
  • Produce documentation (Contact Center log) of issues with contact center applications for adherence to expectations and adjustments
  • Perform intraday monitoring for all groups and queues and reforecast as needed

Qualifications:
We seek people with these qualifications:
  • College Degree preferred
  • 3+ years Contact Center experience
  • Retail or seasonal business experience preferred
  • Workforce Management systems preferred
  • Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook
