Job Summary

Act as a main focal point for the corporate functions within Corporate Affairs and leading strategic corporate function communications business requirements and communications plan. Ownership of the planning and the execution of the global communication plans to drive business performance and enhance the customer experience ensuring consistent and coordinated execution of activities across the regions. The role will need close engagement with the specific CF leadership and departments and will be the focal point for the CF within the corporate affairs for the Americas region.

How You Can Be the Impact

• Create and enable the agreed CF communication plan in collaboration with CF departments to support the business and uplift the partner's engagements in the Americas region.
• Act as the main CF Business Partner within the Corporate Affairs in the Americas region and ensuring the deliverables are distributed to the relevant teams in Corporate Affairs and leading the progress.
• Engage with global team members in other regions allocated to the same CF to ensure a consistent local/regional execution across the regions and global alignment on all activities.
• Collaborate and engage with Corporate Affairs departments to ensure leveraging of all global programs/tools available( e.g. templates for promotional materials, signature design, design guidelines, SABIC Brand Space etc.).
• Engage in the creation of the annual corporate functions communication plans and identify the strategic focus areas with the corporate functions.
• Ensure all communication plan and deliverables are executed consistently with the global strategy and all executional governance and policies.
• Manage day to day relationships with all stakeholders and partners with regards to all relevant corporate functions activities.

What Matters to SABIC

• Bachelor degree with specialization in marketing and/or communications.
• Minimum 10 years experience in corporate communications preferably across multiple geographic regions and business models in complex matrix structures.
• B2B business experience, preferably within the Chemical Industry.
