Licensed Master Social Worker LMSW

Description

We are looking for a compassionate social worker to help serve the communities that we have a presence in by assisting our clients that are affected by issues such as neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, mental health, trauma and substance abuse. . You will be in charge of conducting psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, individual therapy, couples therapy and group therapy via in person or televisit. You may have to provide crisis intervention and making referrals to other agencies and services when needed. Full time/part time availability. Working Blended in person/ remote after training can be consider. Supervision provided by LCSW.

Social Worker Requirements

· Assisting clients in receiving services by in person and via video.

· Assessing patients and gathering relevant information.

· Offering information and supporting clients and their families.

· Contacting and making referrals to other agencies and services.

· Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.

· Participating in training, supervision, and meetings.

· Provide crisis intervention.

· Experience using electronic medical records.

· Master's degree in social work.

· LMSW license.

· Experience working with clients that are affected by issues including neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, mental health, trauma, substance abuse.

· Ability to give full attention to what social service clients are saying, understand the points being made, ask questions, and not interrupt inappropriately.

· Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

· Familiar with video platforms to provide therapy via video.

· Proficient in word, excel, outlook, and powerPoint.

· Ability to de-escalate crisis moments.

· Able to develop a treatment plan.

· Knowledge of crisis intervention.

· Participate in weekly clinical team meetings once a week.

Compensation:

• Salary: Starts at $45 per hour based on education, experience, and clinical competencies in the area of behavioral health
