• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow spa revenue through spa membership sales, service bookings and enhancements, gift card sales, and retail product sales
• Lead a team of service professionals while balancing coaching and mentoring with high standards of accountability and exceptional custoer service
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, along with specific assigned responsibilities
• Recruit, develop, and retain team members
• Grassroots marketing in local community

• Self-starter who can work both individually and collaboratively
• Passion for sales and customer service
• Minimum of two years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a spa, fitness, retail, or hospitality environment
• Technological proficiency
• Exceptional critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Highly developed training and coaching skills
