SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

The Sales Administrator is a vital part of the sales team and is responsible for ensuring the Semper Laser values and standards are consistently applied in all client interactions. He/She will be responsible for converting guests to clients, retaining clients, driving retail sales, and delivering an amazing experience. With a keen eye toward brand integrity and a consistent voice, the incumbent must create a positive work environment and possess confidence in promoting laser hair removal services while providing superlative customer service to help the team reach company goals. As the first introduction clients would have to Semper Laser, the ideal candidate must have a solid base of big-ticket retail sales and customer service experience and will possess a high level of previously demonstrated ability in multitasking and supporting team goals. The incumbent must be a detailed, organized self-starter with the ability to move at a very fast pace and have a high ability to prioritize based on a rapidly changing and growing laser industry environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide outstanding customer service by acknowledging and greeting everyone who enters and leaves out facilities.

· Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled in accordance with Semper’s policy by processing cash, credit card, and/or credit transactions accurately thus protecting the company’s assets.

· Ensuring client information is accurate and up to date.

· Provide detailed descriptions of treatments, packages services, promotional offers, and hours of operation.

· Utilize computers and CRMs with skill and proficiency; document client information in electronic record as directed.

· Answer the phone promptly and use the client’s name throughout the phone conversation; operate the phone system accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

· Assist to meet the daily needs of the operation, such as scheduling services, managing the flow of appointments, addressing questions and concerns, protecting client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location.

· Drive client retention through outreach via telephone and email to current clients.

· Exhibit a positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills.

· Maintain the utmost cleanliness and soothing ambiance of the premises.

· Performs other duties as assigned and modified at the Senior Sales Manager’s discretion.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

· High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

· A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience, particularly within the industry.

· Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with a love for talking to people.

· Must have a passion for customer satisfaction and deliver a great experience.

· Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is necessary.

· Present interest in the aesthetics industry, especially Laser Hair Removal.

· Working knowledge of scheduling software, client databases, and CRM tools.

· Proficiency with computers (preferably Apple products) and Microsoft Office software.

· Must have a high level of enthusiasm, confidence, motivation, and drive to succeed.

· Ability to identify and act upon new areas for growth and increase sales.

· Ability to thrive and stay calm, polite, and professional in a high-pressured environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
