We are looking for a bright, motivated sous chef to showcase their skills in sync with our experienced and knowledge executive chef. The proper candidate will demonstrate clear leadership ability, while building morale and gaining the backing of their team. The role will include peak time leadership and line work, assistance in all areas of the kitchen machine, training new employees, tracking inventory for orders, and the constant drive to continue learning and growing their culinary ability. This is a full time job which ideally consists of a hard 40 hours, which may grow in peak times. Career growth is definitely available with a display of ability to handle responsibility and kitchen dedication
