Studio Cigar Lounge in FAIRBURN, GA is looking for one sous chef to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 6000 Renaissance Parkway Se. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
-
*Train and develop chefs to company standards *Create new dishes and menus in accordance with business needs *Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly *Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards
Qualifications

*Experience working as a sous chef or chef *High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines *Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed *Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $22.00/hour.
