We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a creative eye for presentation, and a commitment to quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, and helping to develop new recipes and menus. Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Prepare meals and side dishes according to recipes and customer specifications.
- Ensure that food is cooked to the correct temperature and served in a timely manner.
- Monitor food supplies and order when necessary.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the kitchen.

Pay: $58,464.00 - $61,733.00 per year
