Solar Appointment Setter Job Description
Requirements:
The beauty of Sales is that there is little barrier to entry. However, to be a part of Atlas you must be personable, coachable, emotionally intelligent, and a hard worker. In addition, you must have access to reliable transportation.
Expectations:
You are expected to participate in the morning sales meetings (virtually or in-person), and work at least 5 hours a day. Since this is a commission job with no ceiling, what you put in will be what you get out!
Responsibilities:
As an Appointment Setter, your job is to go door to door qualifying and setting appointments for your Team Lead to sit in. The Appointment Setter position is the entry level role for new salespeople. This role allows you to perfect your skills on many people a day, coming across all types of situations. Due to the amount of conversations you will be having, you will hear every smokescreen, objection, and rejection in the book. If handled correctly, this will build the thick skin and mental fortitude necessary to becoming a Sales Consultant.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $5,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
