Job Description
As a Software Issue Resolutions Specialist, you will be responsible for processing software issue tickets submitted to the team. Effective documentation, communication, time management skills, and an ability to work autonomously are needed to be successful in this role. You will also communicate daily with our product engineering team to define and resolve issues that customers are experiencing. You will be required to communicate with customers to gather additional information as well as follow up with them as their issues are resolved.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Ticketing Inbox for Jira & Salesforce
  • Receive & audit Software Issue tickets from Customer Solutions
  • Communicate effectively & efficiently on high impact problems on a regular basis
  • Communicate to CareGenie team update flows based on discovered issues
  • Attend regular meetings with Product QA to report on newly discovered issues
  • Uphold all policies & procedures on a daily basis
