Basic Qualifications:
BS in Engineering STEM field

• Security Clearance required Prior to Start: Secret
• An applicable educational background in software engineering and software development techniques is required.
• Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) using C++, C#, or Java. Experience with Object Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Object Oriented Design (OOD) is required.
• Ability to be flexible, motivated, dedicated, detail-focused, and team-oriented is required.
• Ability to multi-task is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment is required.

Desired Skills:
Solid analytical/debug and SW/HW integration and test skills are desired. development skills to include C/C++/C# and/or Java are desired. Familiarity with Digital and logic design and test is desired. Experience with test instrumentation and MILSTD HW protocols (e.g. 1553, ARINC) and other interfaces (e.g. VME, Fibre, Ethernet, PCI, JTAG/1149.1) is desired. Experience with Ada, DOORS, VxWorks, or UML modeling tools is a plus. Experience with formal testing, verification, and validation is desirable. Real Time Embedded SW Engineering skills are desired.
