We are hiring for a full-time Comprehensive Community Services Social Worker. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree with a major in social work, sociology, psychology, guidance and counseling, or a general college degree with two years professional experience in a Human Services agency. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license is required. Credentialing by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services as a certified Social Worker, or candidates eligible for credentialing through anotherhuman services related field with a clearly identified path to social work licensure may be considered.

Our CCS Social Worker provides services to children and adults with mental health and substance use needs. This position also provides initial and ongoing assessments and serves as a resource person while developing case plans, making arrangements for appropriate services, and monitoring individuals receiving Behavioral Health Services.

Starting salary for this position is $23.67/hr. for candidates without their certification and $25.09/hr. for certified social workers. Monroe County offers an exceptional benefit package to include health, dental, term life, Wisconsin Retirement System, and more.
