About us

BEST FC consists of a youth academy and boys and girls teams, from U8-U19, that compete in the NECSL, IMPACT National Premier League (NPL), and EDP League. Our programs aim to develop the player technically, tactically, physically and psychologically. We strive to identify talented players and provide them with quality coaching, competition, and education at all age levels. We will develop young players who can maximize their potential in the short-term, but ultimately, in the long-term. BEST FC’s goal is to produce confident athletes who can achieve and exceed their personal goals.

Due to continued growth, BEST FC is currently looking to add positive and enthusiastic coaches of all levels to our staff. Positions are available within the following areas:

1. Staff Coach - BEST FC Club Teams (Full-time)

2. Head Coach/Assistant Coach - BEST FC Club Teams (Part-time)

3. Community Grassroots Coaches - Central Mass region (Hourly; Evenings and weekends); summer camps

4. Junior Coaches - Current soccer players ages 16 and older (Hourly; Evenings and weekends); summer camps

All positions are based in Central Massachusetts. BEST FC Club teams train and play in Northborough, Westborough, and Southborough, MA. Remuneration is negotiable and dependent on qualifications and experience.

CANDIDATE SKILLS

• Passion for Soccer
• Ability to work with children ages 5-19
• Open mindset and willingness to Learn
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• US Soccer License / United Soccer Coaches Diploma / International License
• High School / College Playing Experience
• Previous Coaching Experience
• Teaching Background

REQUIREMENTS

• US Citizen / Green Card Holder or Eligible Visa (BEST FC will not sponsor VISA)
• Availability to work afternoons/evenings plus weekends.
