Bloom Painting and Remodeling specializes in kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling. We have built our reputation off of amazing customer service and attention to detail. If you value integrity and quality work this is the place for you! This is for full time work with consistent 35+ hours per week and a permanent position offered after 90 days. Work days are typically Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays with advance notice. Start time typically begins at 8 am. You will start out by working directly with the company owner and then have a small team to manage.

In search of an experienced remodeling contractor.

Essential Functions:

• Must have hands on experience with various types of interior remodeling projects including: tile installation, framing, bathroom and basement buildouts, basic electrical experience preferred, etc. Please do not apply if you do not have this experience.
• Maintain your own power and hand tools
• Work independently or as part of a team. Determine type and amount of materials necessary for each job - Keep inventory of supplies and requisition them as needed.
• Know how to properly prep work space
• Have a sense of urgency for project completion - understand the importance of completing projects on time without compromising quality
• Interacts with clients in a professional, courteous manner
• Can follow directions with no micromanagement needed
• Experience with estimating job costs and leading a small team preferred

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of verifiable professional hands on remodeling experience required. (Prior work experience and skills must be verifiable)
• Very detail oriented. Takes pride in their work and is thorough and attentive to details.
• Strong time management and organizational skills. Aptitude in using appropriate tools.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required for this position.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test as well as provide proof of legal authority to work in the USA. Must have your own tools, be a team player, be punctual, and do all tasks necessary to make sure the work is done to satisfaction. No ego's allowed.
