Chapman Hyundai Phoenix has an immediate opening for a Shuttle Driver to join our Service Department. This role requires the ability to safely operate vehicles and provide an outstanding customer service experience to our guests. Core Responsibilities:
- Safely transport customers to and from the dealership
- Treat every customer with respect, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service
- Maintain a timely shuttle schedule
- Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and notify management of any vehicle service needed (oil change, tires, etc.)
- Assist with moving vehicles in the Service Drive
Desired Skills & Qualification:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to safely operate vehicles
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
