Compensation Range: Base = $16.00 to $18 per hour plus overtime

The Showroom Coordinator is a critical part of the RKB team. This role sets the tone for the customer experience from their welcome through the completion of the showroom tour. Showroom Coordinators work closely with the sales team by completing a daily review of ticket orders and reaching to customers to provide status on upcoming shipments and coordinate deliveries; collects all COD payments due or prepay material before shipments are made to customers, and completes a variety of other administrative tasks that support their assigned retail location. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Inspect showroom for cleanliness, organization and proper appearance.
• Make sure beverages (coffee, soda, water etc.) are available or accessible.
• Greet customers warmly and provide brief tour of showroom.
• Coordinate and order any needed supplies or materials for office or showroom.
• Keep showroom free of trash and debris.
• Notify manager of any issues or problems with the showroom.
• Assist with room preparation and food needs for meetings and training.
• Check review screen daily for tickets to be shipped and calls customer day before delivery to confirm.
• Collect all payments due on COD or prepay material before shipments are made to customers.
• Check job management screen daily to review jobs and ship dates of pending work.
• Update and send out job status reports weekly to customers and subcontractors to notify of schedule and existing jobs.
• Review WIP daily for jobs that are finished that can have PO's paid and/or be marked complete for billing.
• Put together presentation packages for customer appointments.
• Make new business phone calls to prospective clients.
• Use leads management system and keep active involvement in the callbacks for the team.
• Use the future order system consistently for ordering all jobs for customers.
• Accept and process customer payments and enter into and close out in the AS400 and receipt log.
