Shop Technician
J.D. Crow & Associates, LLC has an immediate opening for a Shop Technician.
Shop Technician Duties would include but not be limited to: Grinding & Grooving Rubber Rollers & Shafts with Lathes. Drilling & Tapping Metal Parts, Cleaning & Trimming Rubber Parts, Machining plastic parts with lathes.
Applicant must be mechanically inclined. Experience on lathes & mills a definite bonus. No experience necessary, as J.D. Crow will train.
Applicant should be good with numbers & Accurate with Detail, Able to work in a fast paced environment efficiently, & accurately. Willing to learn new things & take on additional duties as required. After Initial training period, must be able to work independently, quickly & efficiently with little supervision. Applicant must be able to lift 50-75 lbs.
Shop hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
After a 90 day probationary period, Dental & Vision Benefits are available. Pay will be based upon experience. Raises are based upon performance & attendance.
J.D. Crow & Associates, was founded in 1996 by Juanita & Dwight Crow starting in their small home office. It has grown to an 8630 sf facility with 20 employees. J.D. Crow sources & manufactures parts for the financial & mailing industry. They pride themselves in saving customers' money, improving existing parts, & also prolonging obsolete equipments life span.
J.D. Crow is located between Clever & Nixa on a paved county road. Office hours are 8:30 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday. Only those seeking long term employment need apply.
