LOL-ZolliPops is a fast-paced, growing company. We currently sell to the top retail chains in America, including CVS, Rite Aid, Walmart, Amazon and Whole Foods. Each position, including this role, is hands-on. Assembly, shipping and receiving of product and displays, operating a forklift, loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing shipments, organizing and cleaning warehouse, working with carriers, negotiating freight quotes, compliance with various customer processes, coordinating pickups and deliveries, and streamlining our facility processes.

• Microsoft office and Excel experience
• Facilitate the shipping of products to and from warehouse
• Arrange LTL transportation
• Forklift operation
• Assemble and prepare product, packaging and displays for shipping
• Meet deadlines
• Multitask
• Load and unload trucks
• Lift up to 55 lbs
• Oversee and manage warehouse inventory
• Negotiate freight costs and transportation rates
• Understand and adhere to OSHA guidelines
• Coordinate and communicate with office staff
• Amazon and large retailer shipping experience a plus!

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with experience in shipping coordination. We need someone attentive enough to handle thousands of dollars in shipping every day, and creative and flexible enough to solve any shipping issues that come our way.
