Greystone Programs is currently seeking a Shift Supervisor to perform and model appropriate performance of duties for other DSPs in a community residence.
Positions available in Amenia, and Poughquag, NY
The Shift Supervisor will ensure implementation of the routine of the IRA during their shift, serve as the point-of-contact in the IRA in absence of management, ensure 'active treatment' activities and opportunities are provided to optimize individuals' quality of life, review billing and non-billing documentation for completeness and perform other administrative duties as indicated by management.
Qualified candidates must have experience and familiarity with service provision within OPWDD guidelines. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Work schedule requires working both weekend days along with day and evening hours.
