We are currently seeking a full-time Shipping Supervisor who is responsible for managing warehouse operations and employees smoothly and efficiently, while encouraging production goals to be met.

A day in the life:

• Engage with employees on all levels to drive company culture.
• Monitor hourly associates, direct staff according to production needs.
• Respond to internal and external communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize spreadsheets to relay information correctly.
• Achieve daily shipping productivity goals.
• Assist in the management of inventory control.
• Oversees the picking and packing of customer orders, and resolving any orders that require further assistance.
• Training new hires daily, ensuring a positive first day experience and setting up new hires for success.
• This role works in a warehouse environment.
• This role requires frequent walking and standing for entirety of shift.
• This is not an exhaustive list. The right applicant will be willing to assist in various other tasks of similar design to ensure Warehouse Operations run smoothly.

Good to know:

• Pay is biweekly; every other Friday.
• Wear what you feel comfortable in, closed toe closed heel shoes are required.
• SHIFT: Sunday - Thursday 1PM-10PM.

What to expect:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
