A lead/shift manager is in charge of doing morning counts and night counts. They are in charge of running the store by making sure we are stoked up on pizzas, bread, wings, etc..Also get register when needed and move the employees around for faster service. Shifts are from 7 to 8 hour shifts with 40 hours guaranteed by week. This position is for the Little Ceasars on Sunshine location.
