Five Guys is looking for a shift manager to join their team in North Andover. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. They will be responsible for managing shifts, training and motivating team members, and ensuring that the restaurant meets Five Guys' high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Minimum education: High School / GED
• Minimum job experience: 1 to 2 years

The shift manager will also be responsible for conducting inventory, monitoring food safety, and maintaining the restaurant's appearance. They will work closely with the general manager to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and they will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duty:

• Financial and inventory management
• Crew assignment, training and motivation of the team during your shift
• Customer relationship management
• Full accountability for how the shift runs under your watch.
• Work both opening and closing shifts each week
• Morning shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Afternoon shift: 2:00pm - 11:00pm.
