- Flexible Schedule
- Part Time/Full Time positions available 25-40 hours per week.
- Hourly: Starting at $15HR-$16/HR and earn up to $22.00/HR with bonus incentives.
- Commission on Monthly wash membership sales
- No prior car wash experience needed. Onsite training provided.
- Leading a team and delivering an outstanding customer experience while creating a positive and high energy environment that customers can enjoy.
- Manage people both directly and indirectly.
- Assist in training for the car wash facility.
- Maintain a clean and inviting facility - both interior and exterior
- Assist the Site Manager and Assistant Manager as needed.
- Ability to supervise work of others
- Ability to learn quickly
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able and willing to work flexible schedule
- Personally handle customer complaints or issues
- Constant training of associates, optimally staffed, associates are fully trained in all aspects of current job
- Constant supervision and upkeep of premises
- Ensure all services are performed according to our quality and speed of service guidelines
- Anticipate customers and location needs by constantly evaluating environment and guests for visual cues
