POSITION SUMMARY:

A Duck Donuts Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant during their designated shift. They supervise and coordinate the work of the restaurant staff, including Donut Toppers, Donut Makers, and Back of House. Their primary role is to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly, customers are satisfied, and the team is working efficiently. It is expected that Shift Leads embody and promote company core values, including being a team player and assisting other crew members on shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES + DUTIES:

• Ensure the store accomplishes its mission, which is to deliver a great product and outstanding service in a clean and welcoming atmosphere.?
• Ensure that each store upholds the standards and reputation of Duck Donuts core values and mission daily, while enhancing guest and team member experience.?
• Responsible for assisting the Store Leader with maintaining and increasing sales and profits for the store location through administrative duties, cash and inventory controls and execution of policies and procedures. ?
• Required to be able to handle all aspects of the Duck Enthusiasts' duties and responsibilities.
