Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization, and a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients in the areas of ITSM best practices, workflows, and custom development.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and resolve technical and business challenges.
• Continuously improve implementation methodologies and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Developer Certification is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with Administration of a ServiceNow instances
• Project Management experience is a plus

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is an exempt employee position with a flexible schedule. RSI Security’s business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m PST. This is contract (1099) position with an available rate range of $45-50 an hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

Must have an active driver’s license. Must submit to a background check as a contingency for the position.
