WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Ensure internal and external members’ Card Services questions, concerns and/or requests are answered and/or solved utilizing strong service skills while being completed in a timely and accurate manner. Identify and assess fraud risks in the card portfolio and take the appropriate actions to mitigate potential losses. Monitor and maintain the Rewards program. The position is also responsible for following credit union policies and procedures. Contribute and collaborate to assist in implementing strategies and efficiencies to support the Card Services program with process improvements, goals and initiatives. This position is also responsible for providing coverage at the front desk to welcome all visitors, answer phone calls, and accept deliveries.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm , including the possibility of a Saturday shift from 9:00am – 1:00pm at our Plymouth, MN office.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Financial experience or knowledge of Credit/Debit card program, preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Math aptitude and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to work independently while displaying initiative and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work as a team player being flexible, dependable and adaptable to change.
• A high level of professionalism while working under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous PC experience to include Microsoft Office, Internet and e-mail equivalents.
• Ability to maintain compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
• Responsible for regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
