Summary
Ensure audio visual equipment inventory is in working order. Perform equipment repairs as needed.
This position is located in Las Vegas, NV supporting our Audio Visual & Event Technology team and follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show site.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prioritize, troubleshoot, align and repair audio/visual rental equipment bringing them back into serviceable
- and cosmetic condition.
- Communicate with equipment manufactures for technical assistance, repairs and parts.
- Input repair and purchase order detail in the Alford Media database.
- Refurbish equipment that is not in good cosmetic condition by cleaning, painting and replacing missing
- parts.
- Assist technicians with on-site troubleshooting.
- Order parts for Repair Department, Quality Control Department and other departments as required.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma required.
- 1 year experience repairing audio visual equipment required.
- Understanding of safety procedures when handling and moving of equipment.
