POSITION OVERVIEW:

Service Technicians install door hardware and access control systems keeping our most important buildings safe and secure. The ideal person for this role will have a passion for delighting customers beyond basic expectations, to create strong customer relationships.

This position will serve the Mid-Atlantic Territory (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Deleware, Maryland, and Washington DC)

**This position is a Remote role **

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $55,000 to $65,000. Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, the Company offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installs dormakaba hardware & access control systems in commercial buildings
• Project a strong customer service image through professional presentation and communication with all customers
• Communicates with Sales and Service management about customer concerns and sales opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Willingness to travel
• Valid current driver’s license
• Mechanical or electrical knowledge
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Basic skills with computers
• Ability to handle various tasks assigned and meet deadlines
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Electrical/low voltage certification and/or construction background a plus

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
