ATMAX Equipment Co. is a fast growing, family-owned company in Tampa FL that manufactures and distributes industrial mowers, under the brand name MowerMax, primarily for the public works of cities, counties and state DOTs. ATMAX is a market leader in purpose-built boom mowers and was the first manufacturer of purpose-built boom mowers in the western hemisphere.

We are looking for a very experienced mobile service technician/mechanic, with a minimum of 5-7 years of work experience as a mobile technician preferably with a major equipment rental company or site contractor. This person needs to have strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, 12v electrical systems as well as be a proficient welder. This position will require the person to travel 4-5 days per week predominately in Southern Indiana, Southern Illinois, Western Kentucky, Western Tennessee and Missouri. This person must have his own tools and purchase the appropriate tools as needed. The position will be a salaried position plus annual bonus. The position will also come with a brand-new service truck and will get travel expenses paid for as well as health insurance.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Minimum 5-7 years of outside equipment service experience, preferably selling to municipalities

• MUST be willing to travel 4-5 days a week.
• Must have strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, 12v electrical systems
• Must be a proficient stick welder
• Proficient in Microsoft office software; Excel & Word
• Prior use of Cummins Insight helpful
• Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to detail
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient time management and multitasking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
