  • Needs moderate knowledge Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and O365
  • Require experience in PC swap outs.
  • Basic understanding of automated desktop management tools and Active Directory.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • The position needs to be able to complete work assignments with minimal supervision
  • Requires the ability to lift boxes that weigh 30 pounds or more.
  • LAN-attached printing/scanning devices
