Develop, service, and maintain the relationship and business for a client or group of clients related to service and/or special projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage overall client relationship or multiple client relationships.
  • Approve vendor or subcontractor invoices.
  • Review and respond to client requests for proposals.
  • Create and manage scheduled maintenance agreements for clients.
  • Support the dispatch of service technicians and other related trades people for client projects.
  • Track and manage profitability of client base utilizing company accounting system.
  • Coordinate jobsite activities such as deliveries, rigging, equipment, tools, etc….
  • Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises one or more employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience.

Experience

Two to five years or more of related work experience required.

Scope

Responsible for own work only; some direct or indirect control over expenses and revenue generation; may make some budgetary recommendations; accountable for results of own work.

Guidelines

Uses initiative and resourcefulness in deviating from traditional methods, criteria, or procedures. Uses constructive thinking based on theoretical disciplines or body of knowledge and practice to analyze, interpret and evaluate problem situations conflicts or operations problems. May use judgment and ingenuity in interpreting the intent of guidelines that so exist and in developing applications to specific areas.

Physical Demands

Physical demands for this position are moderate. Typically the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be walking, standing, bending or lifting of moderately heavy (25-50 pounds) items. The work may require specific but common physical characteristics and abilities such as above-average agility and dexterity. This position will require ability to climb ladders and ability to work at tall heights (i.e. rooftop).

Work Environment

The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, residences, commercial vehicles, or outdoors, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls and observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. In addition, this position may visit job site locations and must adhere to safety protocol accordingly.
