Sartorius is seeking a Service Order Handling Specialist to join our growing team in our Bohemia, NY location!

Hybrid Remote - 2 days home office

The Service Order Handling Specialist - Core will be responsible for providing the Field and Depot technicians with administrative support.

What you will accomplish together with us as the Service Support Specialist:

• Maintain communication with the Commercial Operations Team
• Coordinate with depot and customers on in-house repairs
• Service Billing
• Service and spare parts order processing
• Monitor/data entry or editing in FSM software
• Document orders/ invoices / reports
• Customer master data management
• Account receivables follow ups with key customers
• Assist Service Managers
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (and/or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years' experience in customer service, order entry, or field dispatching
• Beginner's experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to take ownership of processes
• Effective & efficient written & oral communication skills
