Responsibilities

• Hold department meetings as necessary.
• Provide customer service, Nexstar and technical training.
• Follow and encourage all team members to adhere to Bonfe processes and structure.
• Maintain daily numbers and performance logs.
• Participate in the On-Call rotation.
• Review prior day’s numbers.
• Participate in the daily Operations huddle.
• Identify and implement coaching plans as needed.
• Conduct Quarterly Conversations.
• Participate in the recruiting, hiring and disciplinary processes.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Management experience is required
• Plumbing experienced preferred
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems.
• Must be extremely organized, highly motivated self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks and prioritize accordingly.
• Ability to react to change productively and manage priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and tactical skills.
• Must be able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Great analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
